Job description: This post is a shared appointment between UCL’s Centre for Medical Image Computing (CMIC) and the Neuroradiology department (at the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology). The main responsibilities of the post-holder is to develop and evaluate new automated brain MRI quality control algorithms, to run in near-realtime.
The post holder will be responsible for:
1) Developing automated algorithms for classification and/or regression or image quality of anatomical brain MRI scans using existing manually labelled scans, and
2) Evaluate performance of these methods on a range of MRI scans from publicly available brain MRI data and brain MRI data from clinical service.
