Job Summary:

The Department of Radiation Oncology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine has an immediate opening for postdoc scholar in medical image computing. As a postdoc scholar, this individual will be responsible for algorithm design, implementation and imaging experiments for CT and ultrasound guided interventions.

Required Qualifications

•   Experience in state-of-art methods in medical image analysis, image registration, Finite Element analysis, and biomechanical modeling
• Demonstrated experience dealing with clinical imaging datasets
• Proficiency in C++, ITK, R, SHELL script in Linux, and Python
• Experience with hypothesis driven experimental design
