Laboratory of Medical Imaging and Computation (LMIC) at Radiology Department of the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School offers postdoctoral position. Our group focuses on developing innovative system and tools to analyze medical images to improve patientcare from diagnosis to treatment. Specifically, we apply machine learning to generate automatic results with high accuracy and quality, which is possible by collaborating with physicians, engineers, and other researchers in the field. 
Postdoctoral Position Qualifications:
- PhD is required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Physics, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
-Familiarity with common tools for data management and analysis including machine learning (i.e. Tensorflow, Caffe)
-Technical abilities including knowledge in a scripting language such as Python
-Background on machine learning, computer vision, pattern recognition, deep learning
-Prefers experience with medical image analysis (i.e. CT, X-ray, MRI, and Ultrasound)

Duties:
Individuals are expected to join the vibrant collaborative research setting by working closely with MGH clinicians, researchers, and engineers. Some of the responsibilities are 1) digitalized big and high quality raw data repositories, 2) fast pre-processing and robust data retrieval system from secure storage, 3) intelligent algorithm to find an association map with self-learning capability, 4) actionable information extraction and visualization of information and 5) assist in grant writing.
