One fully-funded position is available for a PhD student to work on a collaborative project in the area of cancer imaging and image processing. While involving some clinical/experimental elements, the project’s focus is development of quantitative imaging, computational models and machine learning techniques for therapy response monitoring. The successful candidate will be enrolled in the Biomedical Engineering (BME) program at Western University.

Requirement: The candidate is expected to be highly motivated and proficient in English communication, have good scientific programing skills, and preferably have previous research experience in medical image processing, computational modeling and/or machine learning.

All candidates will be required to apply to the BME program at Western University and be admitted to the PhD program.
