The ARTORG Center, University of Bern (http://www.artorg.unibe.ch/otl/) is looking for an exceptional candidate to fill an open Postdoctoral fellow position in the fields of machine learning, computer vision and medical image analysis.

 

The candidate should have completed, or be about to complete, a PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Medical Image Analysis (or another relevant area). The candidate should have demonstrated an excellent publication track record (e.g. at least one publication in MICCAI, CVPR, TMI, MedIA, TPAMI, etc…) and have strong  english communication skills (both written and spoken). The candidate is expected to work in a team of diverse experts from both engineering and clinical backgrounds.

 

The ARTORG Center is a multidisciplinary research center part of University of Bern and associated to the Bern University Hospital. The center gathers over 150 researchers of all levels in wide array of Biomedical Engineering topics. For more information, please visit http://www.artorg.unibe.ch. The envisioned duration of the position is of 1-3 years with starting salaries of CHF 81’000 per year (the precise amount to be determined by the University’s department of human resources).
