Description We are looking for a researcher in the areas of medical image analysis and machine learning to join our lab

laboratory.html ). We have published original research in top journals, including Lancet
Digital Health, Nature Machine Intelligence, Annals of Oncology, Nature Communications, Radiology, Clinical Cancer Research, and Modern Pathology. The research themes are centered on:
1. develop innovative imaging biomarkers to characterize cancer phenotypes.
2. integrate images with multi-modal data across multiple scales to decipher cancer mechanisms.
3. machine learning of multimodal data in cancer.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about cancer research, selfmotivated, and determined to kill cancer. Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This position requires skills in advanced image analysis (e.g., image segmentation, image registration, and image-based feature extraction), machine learning, and data science. Top applicants are required to have dedicated training/ research in machine learning/deep learning, and proficiency in Python and MATLAB. The candidates must be fluent in written/spoken English and good at presenting research accomplishments.
