Description Inria and the University Hospital of Nice invites applications for a 3-year Postdoctoral Research position on the analysis of CT angiographic images for the detection and characterization of abdominal aortic aneurysms.

The project will consist in developing innovative methods to:
• automatically segment all relevant structures of the vascular system around the abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) including visceral and umbar and iliac arteries,
• extract relevant geometric, clinical and biological features that are predictive of the AAA progression and rupture.

The post-doc will be supervised by Dr. Hervé Delingette in close collaboration with Dr. Juliette Raffort-Lareyre.

The candidate is required to have:
• a Ph.D. in statistical learning, or biomedical imaging,
• strong programming skills in Python, or C++, and
• Strong communication skills with fluent English
