Description Machine learning has a unique potential for analyzing complex neuroimaging data from fetuses, neonates, and children — areas where existing computational methods remain highly inadequate. We are seeking a postdoctoral fellow to join our research team and work on advancing these cutting-edge topics. You will be supported by world-class experts in radiology and neuroimaging, and this project is anticipated to make a significant contribution to enabling accurate, quantitative assessment of early brain development, both normal and abnormal, with broad applications in medicine and neuroscience.
Topics of Interest:
Image reconstruction, super-resolution, registration, and segmentation,
Multimodal AI and foundation models
Fetal brain ultrasound
Fetal and neonatal brain MRI
Diffusion MRI and structural brain connectivity
Location:
Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH), Harvard Medical School (HMS). BCH is ranked #1 pediatric hospital in the USA, and HMS is #1 among all medical schools. Our lab maintains close collaborations with other leading research labs at Harvard Medical School.
Minimum Requirements:
Ph.D. in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Physics, or a related field
Strong knowledge of machine learning
Strong programming skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
