Description Position description: We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our research team at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. The fellow will work on NIH-funded projects involving MRI reconstruction, motion correction, quantitative MRI, and machine learning for medical imaging. The work includes algorithm development, image reconstruction, analysis of large clinical imaging datasets, and collaboration with radiologists, MR physicists, and engineers, with opportunities to contribute to publications and grant proposals. The postdoctoral fellow will work in a highly collaborative environment with radiologists, MR physicists, engineers, and computer scientists, and will contribute to method development, publications, and grant proposals.

Minimum requirements:
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Research experience in medical imaging, MRI, image reconstruction, or machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or MATLAB
• Strong publication record and scientific writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
• MRI reconstruction
• Motion correction
• Quantitative MRI
• Diffusion MRI
• Deep learning / machine learning for imaging
• Image processing or computer vision
