Call for proposals to host the MICCAI conference in 2025

This page contains information regarding  "Calls To Solicit Proposals"  to host the MICCAI conference in 2025, which according to the agreed rotation between continents, will be held in Area 3 – Asia.  A map of the Areas can be found here.

Local organizing Chairs and venues are selected by the MICCAI Board of Directors from proposals submitted by its members offering to host a MICCAI Conference.

Deadline for preliminary bid proposals for 2025 is August 1, 2021 with a Notice of Intent available for download here.

**Timeline:**
1 August 2021 – Notice of Intent

1 September 2021 – Board Feedback

31 October 2021 – Final deadline for Full bid submission including PowerPoint presentation and Excel budget spreadsheet

November (3rd or 4th week) presentation at ZOOM board meeting

**Please note that not all bids will be invited to present to the MICCAI Board.**
