MICCAI 2025 Registration and Travel Grants: Now Open for Applications
Each year, researchers and scientists are eligible to receive financial support to attend the annual MICCAI conference. Applications for the MICCAI Registration and Travel Grants are now being accepted!
Eligible applicants are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible. The adjudication and notification process will be carried out on a rolling basis, to allow time for the grant recipients to make travel arrangements and obtain visas to enter the host country if needed.
Grants are intended to support in-person participation in the MICCAI conference. If a selected grant recipient is not able to attend the conference in person, the grant will go to the next candidate on the ranked list. See details below regarding who is eligible.
Note: Details regarding the status of NIH Awards will be known in June.
MICCAI Registration and Travel Grants
The MICCAI Society is pleased to provide financial support to members of the MICCAI Community who are from diverse and underserved backgrounds and want to attend the annual MICCAI conference. Diversity, in this case, encompasses a wide range of characteristics in the scientific community including, but not limited to, underrepresented gender and racial/ethnic groups, differing abilities, lower-income countries and countries where few papers are received at MICCAI conferences.
Eligibility
All members of the MICCAI community are eligible to apply. Selection will be based on the following priorities:
- Authors of a paper accepted at the MICCAI conference
- Candidates who are current students, young scientist or early-career scientists
- Candidates from underrepresented groups
More information, including the selection and notification process, is available here.
