Attn Members: Vote in the MICCAI Society Board Election

Monday 6th October 2025

Dear MICCAI Society member;

Nominations from Society members for one position on the MICCAI Society Board closed on August 11, 2025  and the results were compiled using the nomination rules. Three candidates have received the required number of nominations and endorsements and are considered eligible to be on the ballot for the election. These candidates have agreed to stand for election and to be on the election ballot. Their introduction videos, current CVs & cover pages are available for viewing and download on the voting page.

  • Maria A. Zuluaga, Associate Professor EURECOM Sophia Antipolis; Visiting Senior Lecturer, King’s College London

The election will be held on the MICCAI WildApricot system in order to authenticate members in good standing. If you have not previously accessed the WildApricot system, you will have to do the following to be authenticated:

  1. Navigate to https://miccai.wildapricot.org/Sys/ResetPasswordRequest to request your password. If you registered for MICCAI membership at the same time as you registered for MICCAI 2025, your email will be the same as the one you used to register for the conference.
  2. You will receive an email from miccai@wildapricot.org with a password reset link. If you do not, please check your spam folder, ensure that miccai@wildapricot.org is not being blocked by your mail server, and ensure that the email you used is correct. If you are still experiencing difficulties resetting your password, please email John Baxter (jbaxter.robarts@gmail.com) with your full name, university affiliation, and email in order to receive a temporary password.

Once you have set your password, you can log onto the WildApricot system at https://miccai.wildapricot.org/Sys/Login. Please do so in order to be authenticated for the election.

The election poll will be held hereNote that only members in good standing as of October 6, 2025 will be allowed to vote. The poll will automatically close on Monday October 27, 2025. The candidate who receives the largest number of votes will be considered elected to the MICCAI Society Board.
