RISE-MICCAI Annual Event (October 11, 12:00pm)

Once again, we are happy to host our RISE-MICCAI lunch event held in conjunction with MICCAI 2023. 

For this year’s lunch event, we are delighted to have two keynote speakers,  Dr. Ghada Zamzmi and Prof. Purang Abolmaesumi, who will share their experience with Affordable AI in Medical Imaging as well as their RISE stories.

Journal Club

After a short summer break, the RISE Journal Club is back!

The RISE Journal Club is a space that creates a friendly environment to discuss the latest high-quality and state-of-the-art papers in the areas of fundamental AI, machine/deep learning, medical image analysis, and computer vision.  To date, we have held 12 editions. Call for volunteers for the RISE Journal Club

We are seeking volunteers to present research papers published in high-impact journals and top-tier conferences in machine learning, computer vision, and medical image analysis to the RISE community. Your time will contribute to empowering researchers in LMICs and building collaborative bridges across countries.
